Powered Land & Development

Land with potential. Infrastructure with purpose.

Strategic land with power potential, originated early, assessed for its full range of viable uses and prepared for data centre, storage and generation development.

The Sector

Power potential is now the most valuable characteristic a parcel of land can have.

Land near network capacity, substations and fibre routes has become the critical input for data centres, storage and generation. Most owners do not know the full range of uses their land could support, or what a credible route to market looks like.

TEG Capital evaluates parcels for their full commercial potential and gives owners a confidential, structured route to the market.

Commercial Capabilities

Advisory across powered land.

Powered land origination

Sourcing land with genuine power potential through landowner, land agent and utility relationships, on and off market.

Grid position assessment

Evaluation of connection status, available capacity and the realistic timetable a power position can be secured within.

Multi-use evaluation

Assessment of a parcel's viable uses - data centre, storage, generation or land promotion - rather than a single assumed outcome.

Option & promotion structuring

Option, promotion and development agreements that hold land control through the consenting and connection period.

Owner-side advisory

Independent commercial advice for landowners evaluating approaches, structures and counterparties.

Confidential preparation

Preparation of the site pack and commercial position, with every distribution standard satisfied before any approach.

The Submission Journey

What happens after you submit.

  1. 01

    Submit your site

A landowner, developer or agent submits a site for initial commercial consideration - connection status, tenure, available capacity and intended use - through the secure form below.

  2. 02

    Initial review

The submission is reviewed individually by the commercial team and held in strict confidence. We may request clarification or supporting documents. Nothing proceeds without the owner's explicit agreement.

  3. 03

    Commercial suitability assessment

Where there is a fit, the grid position, land control, planning status and physical suitability of the parcel are assessed, and an indicative internal readiness assessment is prepared.

  4. 04

    Discussion of next steps

Where the site is of commercial interest, we discuss your objectives and preferred structure - disposal, promotion, option, joint venture or advisory mandate.

  5. 05

    Potential commercial engagement

Where both parties agree, engagement proceeds under a formal commercial mandate with documented scope and terms. Most submissions do not proceed to this stage.

Every submission is protected.

Submissions are reviewed individually and held in strict confidence. Nothing proceeds without the owner's explicit agreement, and every interaction is recorded and auditable. If you are approached about your land without your instruction, contact the firm directly.

Submit a Site

Landowner, developer or agent - submit a site for initial commercial consideration.

Provide the site's grid position, tenure, available capacity and intended use. The submission is reviewed individually by the commercial team, in strict confidence.

Submitting a site does not guarantee acceptance, development, funding or a transaction. Unknown technical details are fine - not sure is an honest answer.
